  • Clogged Drain Line
When it comes to your drain system, standing water around your system may lead to huge problems. In minor cases, a clogged drain line can be blown out, flushed with chemicals, and water tested. In drains which are clogged, cracked, or rusted, there is an increased risk that the drain may become cracked or clogged again at a future time. In these cases, drain lines should be replaced promptly to avoid further damage to the drain itself, and/or water damage to the home. [For the safest set-up, see Drain Overflow Safety Switch]
  • Cracked Drain Pan
Just as with a leaking drain line, a cracked drain pan can cause costly repairs to your home. With a simple fix, we can help you to avoid damage to your walls, ceilings, and floors. [For the safest set-up, see Drain Overflow Safety Switch]
  • Leaking at Furnace or Air Handler
It might be hard to tell where a leak is coming from. Our qualified technicians can find and fix these leaks properly before they turn into larger problems. [For the safest set-up, see Drain Overflow Safety Switch]
  • Drain Overflow Safety Switch
While you are enjoying the cool air inside on a hot summer day, you might never think about the serious water damage your air conditioning system could potentially cause to your home. Your air conditioning system works by removing heat from the air, but it is also removing moisture. That moisture removed (up to 20 gallons of condensation per day!) exits via the condensate drain system. During normal usage, and more so in the absence of regular maintenance, algae and bacteria can accumulate in your drain line, causing a blockage, and eventualy preventing the free flow of the condensation, thus backing up the drain line, and spilling over into your drain pan. At this point, if there is nothing to stop the flow of water coming back inside, it will overflow, damaging your floors, walls, and ceilings. A safe set-up includes an overflow safety switch, which will cut off the power to your system at the first sign of moisture inside the home. Our technicians can correctly install this simple device, avoiding a potential catstrophe.

  • Media Filters
Media Filters: Standard 1' filters can help protect your system from large incoming debris, but they do nothing for your indoor air quality. That's where media filters come in. These filters are more efficient, determined by their Merv Rating. The higher the Merv, the smaller the molecules it can prevent from passing into your system and into the air in your home. Merv8 filters are an economical option to help combat some of the contaminants we breathe in our every day lives. Learn More about our Media Filters.
  • iWave Air Purifier
iWave Air Purifier: The new iWave-R is the world's first self-cleaning, no maintenance required ionizer, created specifically for treating air in residential duct systems. The ionization process purifies supply air, killing mold, bacteria and viruses in the coil and living space, reduces allergens, smoke and static electricity, controls odors from pets, cooking, VOC chemicals, and other particles in the air without creating ozone or any harmful byproducts. The iWave-R requires NO maintenance (it really cleans itself, too!) NO replacement parts, & installs easily near the indoor fan or air handler. iWave-R comes with a 3-Year limited warranty. • Duct Cleaning
Duct Cleaning can effectively improve the quality of your air when perform ed correctly. We seal off all of the registers in the home, and hook up our special Duct Cleaning Vacuum, which uses negative pressure to remove all of the particles in the duct system including excessive dust, mold, and anything else that might be floating around in there. We also clean the supply and return registers exposed in the home. Think about all of the times you've dusted the surfaces in your home. The particles that settle in the duct system remain there - until they accumulate enough to get blown around by the air from your system, invading your home. A thorough duct cleaning once every 5-10 years is recommended to prevent excessive buildup and potential contamination of your home. Furthermore, a clean system doesn't have to work as hard, so it helps to extend the lifetime of the system.
  • Duct Sanitizing
Duct Sanitizing: Duct Cleaning takes out all of the visible particles in your air duct system. But what about all of the not-so visible ones? Duct Sanitizing helps to remove all of the nasty non-visible particles such as mold spores and viruses that reside in your air ducts.
  • Duct Sealing
Duct Sealing: Seal the deal on your Indoor Air Quality, up your efficiency, and lower your energy bill! Up to 30% of air is wasted through leaks or cracks in duct system. That's good money spent on heating/cooling your garage, your attic, or under your home! Plus, all of that good air wasted makes it harder to heat and cool rooms, no matter what you set the thermostat at. Sealing the duct system can eliminate waste, provide better air flow throughout your home, keep contaminants out of your system and out of your air, and extend the lifetime of your system. Here's what Energy Star has to say about Duct Sealing.

  • Why Get A New System?
    1. HIGHER EFFICIENCY = LOWER BILL The SEER and HSPF ratings of a system determine how efficient your system will be, and how much your energy bill will be. The higher the SEER rating, the less expensive your system will be to run. In short, replacing that 20 year old system could possibly save you more each month than the payment would cost on the new system. The government minimum requirement is a 14 SEER system. We have systems up to 21 SEER! 2. FEWER BREAKDOWNS A newer system, properly maintained, will likely last years before suffering a breakdown. Plus, you're covered under warranty. 3. WARRANTY While repairing your system might seem like the cheaper option, band-aiding your system is only a temporary fix. When making a repair, only that part will receive a warranty. A new system comes with a longer, more inclusive warranty, covering the entire system for 10 years when we register your equipment with the manufacturer. We also offer a 10 year labor warranty at an affordable price to avoid these problematic repairs in the future. 4. FINANCING SPECIALS Comfort Air teamed up with American Standard and Wells Fargo to get you the best possible terms for Financing your investment. 5. BETTER THERMOSTAT, BETTER COMFORT With new accessories and upgrades, a new system is better equipped to manage your comfort. New, innovative technology allows your system to learn your family's lifestyle and grows with you. It can even alert your dealer when there is an issue! See our Nexia Information Page for more information. 6. BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT Less energy consumption means less waste. That's a win for the whole world. 7. INDOOR AIR QUALITY Not only are newer systems more energy efficient, they are more efficient at removing humidity, dust, pet dander, allergens, and mold, making cleaner, safer air for your family to breathe. For more beneficial indoor air quality, we offer a series of Add-On Accessories to really clean the air you breathe. See our Indoor Air Quality Page for more information.
